As a freelance French-language copywriter since 2011, I have written content for more than 1,250 brands, agencies, and organizations<\/a>. Many have also benefited from tailored training and one-on-one coaching services.<\/p>\n

Communications and Marketing<\/h2>\n

I previously held various roles in communications and marketing for several leading media outlets and major cultural organizations.<\/p>\n

These include: Vice President of Communications at Newad; Senior Communications Advisor at Gesca (La Presse<\/em><\/a>, daily newspapers, television); Head of Communications at TVA Group<\/a>, TVA International, and Motion International; and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the quarterly magazine Forces<\/em> (distributed with La Presse<\/em> and later Le Devoir<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Exhibition Curator and Cultural Management<\/h2>\n

Alongside my work as a copywriter and trainer, I have been a photography exhibition curator since 2012 and Executive Director of World Press Photo Montr\u00e9al<\/a>. This annual event welcomes more than 70,000 visitors over six weeks at March\u00e9 Bonsecours. In this capacity, I have also produced some twenty related photography exhibitions over the years\u2014both indoor and outdoor\u2014notably for the Ville de Montr\u00e9al and the SDC Vieux-Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n

At various stages of my career, I have held senior press relations roles at the Festival International de Jazz de Montr\u00e9al<\/a>, Les Francos de Montr\u00e9al<\/a>, and Agence Spectra, as well as serving as Editor-in-Chief of Nightlife<\/em> magazine.<\/p>\n

Driven by a lifelong passion for words, I devote what little free time I have to literature, working as an award-winning novelist and short story writer. More information on this work can be found below and on my Wikipedia page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Creative Writing<\/h2>\n

In late 2015, I released the novel\u00a0L’angoisse du paradis<\/em> with publisher Marchand de feuilles. In 2017, I was awarded the ADELF-AMOPA<\/a>\u00a0first French-language novel prize, was a finalist for the Senghor prize (attributed to a first French-language and Francophile novel) and shortlisted for the Chamb\u00e9ry first novel prize.<\/p>\n
